    how serious are these cases?

    • I would say they are pretty serious. In the Northern District there have been multiple defaults of more than $1,000,000 entered against defendants who ignored these cases. In addition, the plaintiffs are getting more and more aggressive – there will likely be be multiple trials in the next year based on recent trends.
