On June 28, 2013 a new mass copyright plaintiff – BKGTH Productions, LLC – filed four cases suing a total of 284 Does in the Northern District of Illinois. BKGTH Productions claims that the Does copied its movie “Bad Kids Go To Hell.” ISP subpoena letters are likely to be mailed out in 8-10 weeks.
