Dallas Buyers Club, LLC Files 9 More Cases in the Northern District of Illinois – 310 More ISP Subpoena Letters Coming

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC filed nine more cases in the Northern District of Illinois against another 310 Does. These cases seek to enforce the copyright in the film “Dallas Buyers Club,” and will likely result in another round of ISP subpoena letters going out in 6 – 10 weeks.  The individual cases are:

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-34 (Case No. 2014-CV-7033)

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-45 (Case No. 2014-CV-7035)

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-43 (Case No. 2014-CV-7038)

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-46 (Case No. 2014-CV-7040)

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-56 (Case No. 2014-CV-7044)

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-14 (Case No. 2014-CV-7049)

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-20 (Case No. 2014-CV-7051)

Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-19 (Case No. 2014-CV-7052)

This brings the total number of Does sued in the Northern District of Illinois to 1711.  This campaign, which was already one of the largest file sharing campaigns launched in the Northern District, just keeps on growing.
